I've worked on infectious disease outbreaks for 30 years. I've NEVER seen anything like the speed of Omicron. It's as infectious as measles spreading in a non-immune population, with a much shorter incubation time therefore much faster doubling time. Hope it's a lot less severe. pic.twitter.com/EtLfa4JKqd

mislim da je bitno da ponovimo da mild u medicinskom zargonu znaci da osoba uspe da prodje bez hospitalizacije, kiseonika, intubacije. muz koleginice je bio mild jer je mogao da ustane i predje dva metra, iako se gusio i teturao, ali presao je na nogama pa ga nisu hospitalizovali. mild je i gomila long covid slucajeva sa ozbiljnim smetnjama u funkciji nervnog sistema. ne do ti bog medicinski moderate.

kako znaš da se ne širi sad? Kod nas je već više od 20 dana, a i mi imamo pad odnosno stagnaciju zadnje nedjelje. Danas smo imali više od 200 slučajeva od 2000 testiranih, neka moja procjena je da je bar pola toga omikron.
