Pa realno njima je najteze da odu u bubble pa da se igraju lopte kao sto to rade kosarkasi. Ne zato sto su kreteni nego zato sto je infrastruktura za taj sport previse zahtevna (50+ igraca i bar jos toliko trenera, fizioterapeuta i inih a onda sve to puta 32 da smestis u hotele, i da bude blizu stadiona). Данас видех да је (ново)заражен тренер Филаделфије плус неколико играча Аризоне. Такве вести свако мало искачу, и са тим стварима ће се НФЛ (читај власници тимова и комесар) тешко носити. Плус су многи познати играчи унапред рекли да неће играти у овим околностима.
Тешко је направити "бабл" за НФЛ тим као што то ради НБА, углавном због тога што у тиму за утакмицу иде и до 53 играча, плус велики тим тренера, то је пар хиљада људи који морају да се контролишу сваки час, и то без публике.

Asked if the Republican Party in the Trump years has become an outfit free of governing ideas, Stevens went even further: “It was all a lie.” He noted that this was word-for-word the title of his forthcoming book, It Was All a Lie: How the Republican Party Became Donald Trump. The modern GOP, he said, never truly cared about the ideas it claimed to care about.
This was a stunning indictment coming from a longtime political consultant who had toiled on five Republican presidential campaigns and numerous Senate and gubernatorial races. “The Republican Party has been a cartel,” Stevens said excitedly. “And no one asks a cartel, ‘What’s your ideological purpose?’ You don’t ask OPEC, ‘What’s your ideology?’ You don’t ask a drug gang, ‘What’s your program?’ The Republicans exist for the pursuit of power for no purpose.”
He huffed that the Republican Party had not merely drifted away from its core positions, as sometimes occurs with political parties: “Fair trade, balanced budgets, character, family values, standing up to foreign adversaries like Russia—we’re all against that now. You have to ask, ‘Does someone abandon deeply held beliefs in three or four years?’ No. It means you didn’t ever hold them.” He added: “I feel like a guy who was working for Bernie Madoff.”
On his own, with no prompting, Stevens went straight to the Defcon-1 analogy: “I tell my GOP friends, ‘It’s crazy to say it’s 1934 in Germany…when it’s clearly 1936.’” He insisted that the 1930s are important for understanding the current moment. “When there was rising anti-Semitism, isolationism, and pro-Nazi sentiment, why did the US not become fascist?” Stevens asked. “Because of FDR. Leaders matter, and the GOP has now completely abdicated its role.” Instead, the party has yielded completely to demagoguery and race-baiting to exploit the racism and resentments of certain white voters. Throughout his decades as a Republican, Stevens considered this racist element a bug in the system. He now realizes it has been a feature.

"black lives matter" je slogan koji možda deluje prosto onima koji su ubeđeni u njegovu ispravnost. kako bilo, religioznom konzervativcu moge gadno da deluje slogan ako ga promovišu ljudi koji su takođe pro-abortus. pa takvi konzervativci mogu da deluju rasistički mada im je motivacija nevezana za rasnu pripadnost.
edit: bio sam par puta na protestima koji su na ovaj ili onaj način bili vezani za ženska prava. ne jednom mi se desilo da vidim hajvane sa parolama kojima se abortus opisuje kao nekakvo krasno iskustvo. mislim... tvrditi kako ženama valja dati izbor je sasvim na mestu, opisivati abortus kao super stvar je degutantno.

Hohoho... u Sturdzis dolazi 250 hiljada bajkera sad za vikend...gradonacelnik sleze ramenima i otprilike kaze e jebiga, mi bez njih (i para koje ostave) ne mozemo da prezivimo od avgusta do avgusta (a sa njima bukvalno nece preziveti, dodajem ja). A najlepse je sto svi bajkeri iz cele Amerike idu tamo, pa kad razvezu virus po celoj Americi...

Ћуј, бајкери, Стерџис. Ено ти Мартинсвила у Врџињи, којиј има стазу за нескар. То им је главна привредна грана. Селендра од једва петоцифрено људи живне 2 или 4 пута годишње кад путујући циркус наиђе да се код њих трка. Џада од центра до магистралног пута (нису ни на аутопуту, неколико десетина миља до) је дуга око 3км, има десет хмотела шес бемзинских пумпи, десет брзождера, огроман волмарт и кимарт и томе слично. За кризу 2008. смо се уверили у јесен 2009. кад смо пребројали на тој џади ајзлоге прекривене даскама - око четвртине.
Данас је то вероватно град духова.
