Бранкица је са поносом причала како је цео тим недељама чешљао папире и ништа нису могли да нађу. И онда им је неко доставио коверту на пријавници. И то им је прича како су истраживали. 
После их нисам ни гледао.

tender za ciscenje kolubare je prvo bio ponisten jer se nisu svi adekvatno ugradili, onda kada je to regulisano, sa strane finansijera iz eu i narucioca ovde, sve ok furaj.

Ovi su obrnuli igricu u parazitizmu.

ovi ne znaju šta pišu, ili pak masno lažu. verovatno potonje.

nije delovalo logično, pa sam preleteo dokumentaciju na sajtu UK vlade. "capital value" od 17 miliona je vrednost infrastrukture. dok "stream of payments" od 111 miliona uključuje vrednost infrastrukture plus održavanje, čišćenje, nekakve uslužne delatnosti. nisam dovoljno upućen u britansku praksu, ali deluje kao standardni PPP (public-private partnership).

u 6pm igramo fudbal, pa na pivo (inšala će suparnici platiti). radim od kuće ovih dana, pa mi je današnji raspored ekstra: pos'o-fudbal-pivo-tuširanje-Ripper Street (Netflix).
