Utorak je bio, godina sušna. Došli su vozom. Pitao sam dedu: Kakvi su to ljudi? Zašto su tako preki i udaraju moja nejaka pleća? Deda je samo zategao štrangu na našem fijakeru i rekao: Idemo da sadimo lipu. Stari Nestorov će te izlupati svojim mačorom a ti mu podaj kitnikeza.

sad sam se setio da smo u horu pevali lele dunje ranke a da nismo znali sta znaci nijedna od tih reci sem eventualno lele

Иначе, мали је свемир. Оно о шест степени одвајања... ево на мом узорку од тридесетак, веза између Амера и дуња је негде око двојке. Свако познаје по неког ко зна шта је дуња, или неког ко зна неког ко ју је и видео у рлу.

Moja bratanica od tri godine je relativno skoro igrajuci se za svoj gros sa igrackama krenula nesto da melje i u toj prici smo culi da je izgovorila 'lele dunje ranke'. I onda smo svi prasnuli u smeh, pa se ona postidela i nije htela da nam kaze gde je to cula. Tek je posle rekla da je cula u vrticu.
Ali jako je smesno kada mala deca to izgovore.

Инцидент: Хлеб ми је толико лепљив да сам све бацио у смеће. Руке су ми се толико улепиле да нисам могао да дођем до брашна.
Мешање не даје никакве назнаке да ће се лепљива смеса претворити у нешто нормално.
Рекапитулација досадашњих догађаја:
300 мл воде
300 гр интегралног брашна
200 гр белог брашна
20 гр шећера
5 гр соли
7 гр сувог квасца из кесице
Промешао варјачом, сачекао сат времена да надође, извадио да промешам рукама, све ми се улепило до бесвести.
Где грешим?
Мешање не даје никакве назнаке да ће се лепљива смеса претворити у нешто нормално.

sat vremena na srednjoj vatri, voda isparila, nisam dodao novu i dalje smo na potezu iz jako tamno zute u bright orange (izmedju 2-3 slike recimo)

tako je. postoji razlog zasto se izvesna vrsta hleba zove "lepinja". stavis tu masu na papir za pecenje i dobijes jako lep hleb.

U nedelju imam goste, a imam i mladu, domaću gusku. Puniću je kestenjem i sve oko toga znam, jedino ne znam kako da je pečem, jer nemam iskustva.
Recepti sa neta uglavnom kažu na 180 i pola sata po kili plus pola sata extra.
Međutim, Mađar od kog sam kupio gusku kaže na 130 i sat po kili. Samo, on peče u smederevcu, pa ne znam koliko zna šta priča oko temperature
Sad se dvoumim, a baš ne bih da userem
Jednom dam pekao ranije, ne sećam se kako, i bila je užasna, suva ko drvo.
Dajte savet, ako imate iskustva
