Some things I should have added:
- If Israel hits, it will be hell for Lebanon. Google "Dahiyeh doctrine"
- the time horizon for my analysis is 3-6 months
- Lebanon is in more disarray than at any time since 1990 so don't expect much from Beirut to prevent this or prepare for it…
