Ponderiše se onim čime raspolažeš.
Svakako je bolje ponderisati prebrojanim udelom mesta nego ničim.
I da ne ponderišeš, po jednima je na 50,03, a po drugima na 48,5, sredina između ta dva je 49,26.
Odstupanje od toga može da bude najviše 0,1 ili 0,2 procentna poena.

1- Votes are counted in individual polling stations and each party get the results and submit them to their own database
2- Then the bags full of ballots carried to districts
5- That’s why opposition leaning Anka news agency is able to publish data for the 97.8 percent of the ballot boxes, because the information is directly coming from the polling stations, the first stage where the parties collect their initial results.

No major cheating claims so far.
What determined the race seem to be the nationalistic rhetoric rather than the economy, freedoms etc.
Erdogan based his campaign on anti-PKK, anti-FETO rhetoric.
For second round, Erdogan now has one more advantage: he has the majority in the parliament with AKP+MHP 318, plus YRP 322 deputies, ie >50%.

Нема ни у Турској убијања политичких противника високог нивоа (вође политичких партија и главоње) али зато обичан човек може да заглави на дуготрајну робију само због својих ставова, исто као и код нас. Кад немају шта друго, напакују ти лудницу, држе по 6 месеци у њој без одлуке суда.
