Popović kaže da će se taj proces nastaviti brzo i da se 11. februara očekuje dolazak ruskih eksperata za proizvodnju koji će zajedno sa našim ekspertima u Institutu 'Torlak' videti mogućnosti da što pre počne proizvodnja u Srbiji.

Нису га без разлога закомпликовали да је практично две различите вакцине.
То ће му вероватно дати и већу отпорност на нове сојеве.

- Dok vakcine sa inaktiviranim virusom imaju bar u principu neku prednost u tom smislu nad vise specijaliziranim vakcinama (mRNK, nereplicirajuci vektor), a pitanje koliku, tj da li je razlika klinicki znacajna, ako bi se sutra desila mutacija u nekom kljucnom delu spike proteina koji bi smanjio efikasnost svih trentutnih vakcina, prilagodjenu mRNK vakcinu ce moci da naprave za vikend, a novu inaktiviranu ce opet mesecima morati da prave.
- Inaktivirane vakcine zahtevaju mnogo adjuvansa, tj onog sto stimulise imuni sistem, i zato ne mogu da ih primaju ljudi sa npr autoimunim bolestima (mislim da ni oni koji su imali neki transplant organa). mRNK su mnogo "cistije" vakcine. Znam neke ljude u Srbiji koji su high risk ali ne mogu da prime kinesku i cekaju samo fajzera, zbog istorije autoimunih bolesti.
Ova kombinacija sto je Srbija ima, fajzer + kineska, meni ovako polulaicki deluje super, ima i za jedne i za druge.

Везано за мутацију, било би врло корисно кад би за већ вакцинисане имунитет могла да прошири за нове сојеве само једна бустер вакцина.

po cemu logicno (i efikasnije u odnosu na sta, oksfordsku vakcinu?)? to vazi samo ako je taj fragment (isti u obe doze) vec efikasan protiv mutiranog soja. mozda nisam razumela tvoj komentar - ako mislis iskljucivo na poredjenje sa oksfordskom vakcinom, ok, ako je efikasnija, efikasnija je. ali to sto koriste dva razlicita vektora nema nikakvu specijalnu prednost kad su u pitanju mutirani sojevi.Sotir wrote:Реално, нећемо знати пре уживо теста.lalinea wrote:
