Taj snimak je od pre mesec dana i prevod je po svoj prilici OK. Ispod ovakvih tvitova sa zapaljivim sadržajem najčešće se nađe neko ko demantuje ako je netačan, što ovde nije slučaj. Uz to su se na Redditu javljali ljudi iz Izraela koji nisu osporavali prevod, već su objašnjavali kontekst.

Visoki predstavnik EU za spoljnu politiku Žozep Borelj izjavio je da jedino miroljubivo rešenje izraelsko-palestinskog sukoba podrazumeva stvaranje palestinske države i naglasio da će rešenje možda morati da bude nametnuto spolja jer su strane previše sukobljene da da bi mogle same da postignu sporazum. Prethodno je portparol američkog Stejt departmenta Metju Miler rekao da ne postoji način da se reše dugoročni bezbednosni izazovi Izraela u regionu i kratkoročni izazovi obnove Gaze bez uspostavljanja palestinske države.

Predstavnik EU za spoljnu politiku Žozep Borelj poručio izraelskim vlastima da se "mir i stabilnost ne mogu izgraditi samo vojnim sredstvima" i kritikovao ih jer ne žele rešenje sa dve države: "Koja to druga rešenja oni zastupaju? Isterivanje svih Palestinaca? Njihovo istrebljivanje?". Zatim je izjavio da više neće govoriti o mirovnom procesu, već o procesu dolaženja do rešenja sa dve države.

21 izraelski vojnik poginuo u Pojasu Gaze tokom junačke misije postavljanja eksploziva radi rušenja dveju zgrada. Naime, hamasovci su gađali tenk u blizini raketom, usled čega se eksploziv u zgradama aktivirao i srušio zgrade na vojnike.

Na CNN-u dirljiva priča o strašnom osjećaju gubitka u Izraelu zbog pogibije vojnika. Jer, eto, mala zemlja, i tako to... U isto vrijeme, na kajronu ispod, prolazi vijest da je u posljednja 24 sata u Han Junisu u bombardiranju poginulo 200 Palestinaca...  Ironija je mrtva, štono bi se reklo. Vojnici su bili u operaciji rušenja zgrada, 600 metara od granice, da bi se 'osigurao siguran povratak građana Izraela u domove'. Očito je plan sravniti sve blizu granice sa zemljom. Taman su bili usred posla, postavljali eksploziv, kad su, avaj, hamasovci ispalili raketu na tenk koji ih je štitio. Nije jasno jesu li pogodili tenk koji je odletio u zrak i aktivirao eksploziv u zgradi ili su pogodili samu zgradu.

CNN tvrdi i da su izraelski obavještajci raportirali američkim kolegama da su eliminirali samo trideset posto hamasovaca. Među njima nisu vođe, Sinvar i vojni zapovjednik Deif, kojima Izrael, prema CNN-u, nudi izlazak iz Gaze. To bi im, misle, olakšalo stavljanje Gaze pod kontrolu. Uz to, izgleda da Izrael nudi dvomjesečno primirje u zamjenu za puštanje svih talaca.

Čini se da uništenje Hamasa zapinje, IDF-u se ne ulazi u tunele.
