Harvard's President Emeritus Larry Summers has said he is 'sickened' by the Ivy League school's response to Hamas' terror attack on Israel after 31 organizations claimed the Jewish nation was 'entirely responsible'.
Summers, who is Jewish and led Harvard University from 2001-2006, reacted too the prestigious school's lack of official response to the atrocity, as well as to a letter claiming Hamas' attacks 'did not happen in a vacuum'.
'We, the undersigned student organizations, hold the Israeli regime entirely responsible for all unfolding violence,' the groups wrote.
Summers, who also served in the Obama administration, addressed the school, tweeting: 'In nearly 50 years of affiliation, I have never been as disillusioned and alienated as I am today.
'The silence from Harvard's leadership, so far, coupled with a vocal and widely reported student groups' statement blaming Israel solely, has allowed Harvard to appear at best neutral towards acts of terror against the Jewish state of Israel.'

I have reviewed the Twitter and Instagram accounts of @Yale, @Princeton, @Columbia, @Stanford, @Dartmouth and @JohnsHopkins.
Not a single one of them has issued a statement about the atrocities committed by Hamas.

Nego, lepo je videti kada se nepodobni sa istoka krive sto podrzavaju zvanicnu poziciju, zvanicne UN rezolucije, zvanicne i navodno vazece sporazume i hoce da se sprovede potpisano - bas kao i mnogi koji zele da se siri konflikt okonca. Sram ih bilo. Definitivno mute nesto umesto da podrze strazare konc logora u unistavanju istog.

Da, zanimljivo. Ne znam je li ijedna zapadna vlada makar pozvala na uzdržanost Izraela u odgovoru na napad. Ako jest, promaklo mi je. Eto, da su makar ubacili tu jednu jebenu riječ. Ovi zavrnu struju i vodu i... ništa.

This version was deleted, with the office instead posting messages relaying and reposting the U.S. Embassy's alerts to citizens on the ground and quoting U.S. officials "unequivocally" condemning the attacks.
The walk-back in rhetoric demonstrates the intensive U.S. support for Israel's military actions, buoyed by the U.S. deploying Navy and military aircraft, augmenting existing Air Force squadrons and providing the Israeli military with additional equipment and munitions.

Aha, znači Blinkenu zazvonio telefon. Čitam Xijevu izjavu koju je postala Plachkica prije par strana. Svaki zarez je na mjestu. I onda se pitam ne bi li ovako trebao zvučati 'lider slobodnog svijeta'? Umjesto toga, on šalje ploveću gvožđuriju da se nađe ako zatreba Bibiju... I onda se Ameri čude što se svjetska sirotinja okreće Kini.
