irritating him. No one knows to what lengths the
aberrations of his passion will carry him — but be knows,
for this passion is not provoked by something external. He
has it well in hand; it is obedient to his will: now he lets go
of the reins and now he pulls back on them. He is not
afraid of himself, but he sees in the eyes of others a
disquieting image‐his own‐and he makes his words and
gestures conform to it. Having this external model, he is
under no necessity to look for his personality within
himself. He has chosen to find his being entirely outside
himself, never to look within, to be nothing save the fear he
inspires in others.

Ono što, pak, zabrinjava je činjenica da Ivermektin može (ili je bar mogao) da kupi svako, u šta se uverio i reporter Telegrafa koji je posetio jednu takvu apoteku u centru Beograda (adresa poznata redakciji).

S obzirom na to da je reč o apoteci koju pojedini lekari naširoko reklamiraju u TV gostovanjima, pokušali smo da krenemo tim tragom i kupimo Ivermektin “na belo”.

I uspeli smo, bez ikakvih problema.

Ponudili su nam ga u formi sirupa. Bočica od 50 ml košta 1.620 dinara.

- Imamo i kao sprej, hoćete to? - pitala nas je farmaceutkinja.

- Neka, bolje u bočici. A je l’ imate u tabletama? - pitali smo, pošto se na društvenim mrežama naveliko diskutuje i o ispijanju “čudotvorne tablete koja leči kovid-19, a košta samo 300 dinara”.

- Nemamo, samo sirup i sprej - bila je ljubazna farmaceutkinja.

Nije pitala zbog čega kupujemo Ivermektin. Rekli smo sami - za osobu koja bi da prevenira kovid-19. Istina, pitala je koliko kilograma ima osoba koja bi pila ovaj lek, da bi odredila dozu.

- Osoba ima 75kg, pila bi Ivermektin kao prevenciju - odgovorili smo.

- Onda joj dajte šest mililitara odmah, narednih šest za 72 sata, pa onda jednom nedeljno po šest mililitara - posavetovala nas je farmaceutkinja, uz napomenu da u bočici ima otprilike osam doza.

Nije tražila recept, niti je pitala da li bi osoba koja će koristiti Ivermektin hronični bolesnik, da li uzima neku terapiju, koliko ima godina…

Da li to znači da odgovornost “pada” isključivo na onoga ko odluči da kupi Ivermektin i da ga pije? I može li farmaceut da proda lek kao da prodaje, na primer, banane ili krompir?!

Ono što nas je začudilo je činjenica da smo dobili uredan račun, na kom piše da smo kupili Ivermektin sirup, špric i iglu (jer kako drugačije odmeriti šest mililitara). Uz to, i na papiriću ispisan način primene.

Danas su nam, pak, u toj istoj apoteci rekli da Ivermektin možemo da kupimo isključivo uz lekarski recept i izveštaj doktora.

ALIMS: Lek je u Srbiji odobren samo u veterinarskoj medicini

Istog dana kada smo kupili Ivermektin sirup u apoteci, obratili smo se Agenciji za lekove i medicinska sredstva (ALIMS) sa pitanjem da li je Ivermektin odobren za ljudsku upotrebu.

Odgovor koji smo dobili prenosimo u celosti:

“Agencija za lekove i medicinska sredstva Srbije (ALIMS) nije odobrila Ivermektin za primenu kod ljudi. ALIMS je odobrila Ivermektin za lečenje isključivo parazitskih infekcija kod životinja.

S obzirom na to da je njegova primena odobrena isključivo u veterinarskoj medicini, lek se u Republici Srbiji može izdavati isključivo u veterinarskim apotekama na veterinarski recept za primenu na životinjama.”

Iz ALIMS-a za Telegraf još kažu da nije podnet zahtev za registraciju Ivermektina kod ljudi, a time ni dokumentacija za procenu kvaliteta, efikasnosti i bezbednosti Ivermektina u lečenju ili prevenciji pacijenata sa kovidom-19.

- Bez naučnih dokaza ne podržavamo primenu ovog leka u humanoj populaciji - decidni su u ALIMS-u.

Farmaceutska komora Srbije: Dozvoljen samo za lečenje šuge i rozacee

Iako Ivermektin kao fabrički lek nije registrovan u Srbiji, on se ipak može koristiti i kod ljudi, ali samo za lečenje pojedinih kožnih oboljenja i isključivo pod nadzorom lekara. Tako je navedeno u odgovorima koje smo dobili iz Farmaceutske komore Srbije.

Magistri farmacije Danijela Tadić i Nikolina Maltar podsetile su za Telegraf da lek Ivermektin u ovom trenutku nije registrovan za lečenje kovid-19 infekcije nigde u svetu.

- U našoj zemlji Ivermektin nije registrovan kao gotov lek (fabrički lek), ali postoji mogućnost uvoza po posebnoj proceduri za uvoz neregistrovanih lekova, i to samo za odobrene indikacije - pojasnile su mag. farm. spec. Danijela Tadić i mag. farm. spec. Nikolina Maltar.

- Osim zvaničnih protokola i smernica u medicini, u lečenju postoji i tzv. „off label“ primena lekova. U tom smislu, moguće je da lekar preporuči lek i za stanja za koja ne postoji zvanično odobrena indikacija, ali ovo je tema koja je puno šira od aktuelne pandemije.

Ivermektin ima primenu u veterini kao antiparazitik (iz tog razloga je dostupan u veterinarskim apotekama), a u humanoj medicini ima primenu u dermatologiji, u tretmanu scabiesa (šuge) i kod težih formi rozacee (magistralno se izrađuje u obliku krema i kapsula u laboratorijama apoteke koje se bave izradom magistralnih lekova). Izrađuju se po receptu lekara na ime određenog pacijenta.
