i would like to talk here about The Last of Us on HBO... and yeah, yeah i know.. the world is burning but lets just all sit and talk about television. again - what else are we doing with ourselves ? we are not creating any militias. but my god we still have the content. appraising content is the american modus vivendi.. that's why we are here for. to absorb the content and then render some sort of a judgment on content. because there is a buried hope that if enough people have the right opinion about the content - the content will get better which will then flow to our structures and make the world a better place

Провукли су се кроз ујдурму Другог светског рата и испунили све националне циљеве под тим симболом. Зато су и могли да га задрже толико дуго.
И наравно, одмах после рата су прешли на бело-плаву-белу рунделу, нису толико ненормални да држе свастику на активним авионима.
Сада је дошло друго време, другачији светоназори, Финска није више тако хомогена земља већ и циљ многих имиграната.
Провукли су се кроз ујдурму Другог светског рата и испунили све националне циљеве под тим симболом. Зато су и могли да га задрже толико дуго.
И наравно, одмах после рата су прешли на бело-плаву-белу рунделу, нису толико ненормални да држе свастику на активним авионима.

Parlament Egipta odobrio je razmještanje trupa izvan države nakon što je egipatski diktator Abdel Fattah el-Sisi zaprijetio vojnom akcijom protiv vojnih snaga u susjednoj Libiji koje imaju podršku Turske, prenijela je Al Jazeera agencijske izvještaje.
Egipatski parlament jednoglasno je izglasao “razmještanje pripadnika egipatskih oružanih snaga na borbene misije izvan egipatskih granica kako bi se branila egipatska nacionalna sigurnost od kriminalnih naoružanih paravojski i stranih terorističkih elemenata“, objavljeno je u saopćenju.
Vojska će biti razmještena na “zapadnom frontu“, što analitičari tumače kao Libiju. To bi moglo uzrokovati direktni sukob Egipta i Turske, koje podržavaju suprotne strane u građanskom libijskom ratu.
Egipat i Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati podržavaju pobunjeničkog libijskog zapovjednika Khalifa Haftara, dok Turska podržava Vladu nacionalnog jedinstva (GNA) koju priznaje UN. Turska je u ponedjeljak tražila “hitni“ prekid podrške Haftaru.

Namibia rejects Germany's reparations offer for genocide
The Namibian president has said a German offer of compensation for colonial-era mass killings needs to be "revised." Among other things, he objected to the terminology used by Berlin.
Namibian President Hage Geingob on Tuesday turned down Germany's offer of €10 million ($11.7 million) in reparations for the genocide committed by the German Empire at the start of the 20th century.
"The current offer for reparations made by the German government remains an outstanding issue and is not acceptable to the Namibian government," Geingob said in a statement after a briefing on the status of negotiations. He added that the government's special envoy, Zed Ngavirue, would continue to negotiate for a "revised offer."
Geingob also took exception to Germany's use of the term "healing the wounds" in place of the word reparations, saying the terminology would be debated further.
No apology so far
The two countries began negotiating an agreement in 2015 that would see Germany give an official apology and development aid as compensation for the killing of tens of thousands of indigenous Herero and Nama people by German occupiers in 1904-1908.
In June, President Geingob suggested that Germany would offer an unreserved apology. However, Berlin is yet to do so, despite acknowledging that its colonial authorities perpetrated the atrocities.
Germany has repeatedly refused to pay direct reparations, instead pointing to the millions of euros it has given to Namibia in development aid so far.
'First 20th century genocide'
Historians say some 65,000 of the 80,000 Herero and at least 10,000 of the 20,000 Nama died in what is widely accepted as the first genocide of the 20th century.
Germany ruled the colony from 1884 to 1915. Namibia then came under South African rule for 75 years, before gaining independence in 1990.

Over the 17 years of its existence, the Doing Business report has been a valued tool for countries seeking to measure costs of doing business. Doing Business indicators and methodology are designed with no single country in mind, but rather to help to improve the overall business climate.
A number of irregularities have been reported regarding changes to the data in the Doing Business 2018 and Doing Business 2020 reports, published in October 2017 and 2019. The changes in the data were inconsistent with the Doing Business methodology.
The integrity and impartiality of our data and analysis is paramount and so we are immediately taking the following actions:
We are conducting a systematic review and assessment of data changes that occurred subsequent to the institutional data review process for the last five Doing Business reports.
We have asked the World Bank Group’s independent Internal Audit function to perform an audit of the processes for data collection and review for Doing Business and the controls to safeguard data integrity.
We will act based on the findings and will retrospectively correct the data of countries that were most affected by the irregularities.
The Board of Executive Directors of the World Bank has been briefed on the situation as have the authorities of the countries that were most affected by the data irregularities.
The publication of the Doing Business report will be paused as we conduct our assessment.

Jermenija proglasila ratno stanje, oborena dva azerbejdžanska helikoptera
U spornom regionu Nagorno-Karabaha jutros je ponovo izbio sukob Jermenije i Azerbejdžana, a jermensko Ministarstvo odbrane saopštilo je da su oborena dva azerbejdžanska helikoptera. Vlada Jermenije proglasila je ratno stanje i opštu mobilizaciju.
Portparolka ministarstva Šušan Stepanjan rekla je da su jermenske snage pogodile tri azerbejdžanska tenka.
Nagorno-Karabah je etnički jermenska enklava u sastavu Azerbejdžana koja je van kontrole Azerbejdžana od kraja rata 1994. godine. Obe strane imaju jako vojno prisustvo duž demilitarizovane zone koja odvaja region od ostatka Azerbejdžana.
Stepanjan je rekla da je današnji sukob počeo azerbejdžanskim napadom, ali Azerbejdžan je saopštio da je jermenska strana napala i da je Azerbejdžan krenuo u kontraofanzivu.
Turska je ošto reagovala na vest o sukobu. Portparol turske vladajuće stranke Omer Čelik oštro je osudio napad Jermenije na Azerbejdžan.
On je objavio na Tviteru da će Turska stajati uz Azerbejdžan i rekao da se "Jermenija igra vatrom i ugrožava regionalni mir".
Portparol turskog predsednika Ibrahim Kalin takođe se oglasio na Tviteru, osuđujući Jermeniju.
"Jermenija je prekršila prekid vatre napadajući civilna naselja ... međunarodna zajednica mora odmah da reaguje i zaustavi ovu opasnu provokaciju".
Sukob Jermenije i Azerbejdžana počeo je februara 1988. godine, kada je autonomni region Nagorno-Karabah proglasio otcepljenje od Azerbejdžana.
Za vreme sukoba od 1992. do 1994. godine, Azerbejdžan je izgubio kontrolu nad Nagorno-Karabahom i sedam susednih regiona. Od 1992. godine održavaju se pregovori o mirnom rešenju sukoba u okviru OEBS Minsk grupe, kojom predsedavaju Rusija, SAD i Francuska.

meni nije jasno kako jermenija koja nema naftu i ima 3 puta manje stanovnika uspeva da bude uspesnija strana u konfliktu vec 30 godina
