Promaklo ti je da glavni razlog sto zrtva zali zbog deportacije  nije stav da je silovanje opravdano teskim uslovima u Somaliji, vec to sto ce pocinioca da vrate u Somaliju, dakle "oblast zahvacenu ratom", gde ce mozda da nastrada, sto bi ipak bila posledica nesrazmerna zlocinu.

Six people were wounded and one killed when a bomb planted inside a notebook computer exploded at an airport in Somalia. The bomb detonated at a checkpoint in the small central town of Beledweyne, about 325 km north of the capital Mogadishu.[25] A large cache of assorted weapons suspected to belong to al Shabaab was on seized by an Australian warship patrolling the Oman coast. The weapons included 1,989 AK-47 rifles, 100 rocket-propelled grenade launchers, 49 Russian PKM general purpose machine guns, 39 spare PKM barrels and 20, 60 millimeter mortar tubes.[26][27]

In the same day, an U.S airstrike hit an Al-Shabaab camp in the city of Raso, located 120 miles north of the capital city of Mogadishu. Pentagon spokesman Captain Jeff Davis said more than 200 Al-Shabaab fighters were in training and 150 were killed. He said they posed an imminent threat to US soldiers and AU peacekeepers in the area.[28][29] Al-Shabaab's military spokesman Sheikh Abdiasis Abu Musab said the numbers were exaggerated, and that it wouldn't gather 100 fighters in one spot for security reasons, knowing the planes are watching.[30]

A heavy fighting between NSSS forces and armed groups broke out at an area at Galguduud regional Adado District , residents said. The clash began when NSSS soldiers launched an attack on armed group believed to be pirate gangs stationed at Godinlabe village, just 28 kilometers west of Adado town, the seat of Galmudug state. According to residents in Godinlabe who spoke to Radio Shabelle at least four people including 3 civilians were killed and many more others wounded in the armed confrontation between NSSS and the gangs.[35] A Kenya Defence Forces soldier hanged himself at his Bukalama village home in Busia County. Family members said the 52-year-old Joash Ochieng Magar, who was due to retire on March 12, was sent on indefinite leave after developing mental problems. O tome silovatelj treba da razmišlja pre nego što se upusti u avanturu.


Apropo gornje rasprave, ima jedna divna primedba naše žene iz Beča kojoj je silovan sin na bazenu, da bi se posle toga silovatelj izbeglica branio da je "imao potrebu". Žena ne veruje da iko staje na njegovu stranu i lepo pita "imam ja potrebu za parama, da li to znači da trebam da opljačkam nekoga ili da pokradem banku." A od pridošlica se valjda i očekuje da vode ekstra računa da ne krše zakone zemlje koja ih je primila, makar ono, fore radi...Posebno ako postoji rizik da će ga ekspeditivno reeksportovati u taj pakao iz koga je pobegao.

Da pomognem: ne, nije deportacija deo kazne zbog toga što ga je silovao, pa da se potencira teza da je "već platio svoje odležavši u zatvoru". Deportuju ga jer je kriminalac iz druge države. Za samo silovanje je odležao u zatvoru. Toliko o tome.
