ljudi i zene, skrecem paznju na kocke od rogaca i jabuka

odlican recept. pravila sam bez trunke secera i arancina, i sa slatkim jabukama bilo je taman slatko. koristila sam maslinovo ulje. 

mlevenog rogaca ima u visnjici, 200 grama pedesetak dinara. 

ne znam dal je ovo lchf?!

pa nije lchf u uzem smislu jer rogac ima bas dosta uh(oko 80g uh/100g)..ali za mene moze :p i pravicu,zvuci lepo i mirisljavo

Pa, isto. Moj lchf uključuje voće, jer to moj organizam ište. I to je jedino slatko što jedem... i dobro mi ide (zasad).

ako ti je ono jelovnik sto si pisao tamo na teretani to ti je jako slabo lchf,vec sam ti rekla..to ti je slabo kaloriski a prilicno hclf...mozda je low samo sa industrijskom hranom i sranjima..ali nikako nije lc a tek nije hf

ali ok,mrsavis jer je low sa kalorijama i gladan si sto ne bi trebao biti jer je neodrzivo na neke duze staze,misim kad tad ces biti mnogo gladan  popizdeti i prejesti se tresha...ne bi smeo biti gladan

Ma nije da nije hf, znaš šta sad jedem za snack - uzmem finu slaninu i namažem je remuladom (onom od Thomyja) i to smotam u rolnicu. Hehe, masnoća 100% i nešto malo proteina. A ima ukus k'o ruska salata skoro, znači rula

ja ne znam da li ti shvatas da ti taj hf snack uz one binz on tost za rucak prave problem,nikad tako neces smrsati...covece,moras se odluciti ili binz on tost(ipak bolje ne) ili slanina ali bez kupovne remulade u kojoj verovatno ima secera a sa nekim punomasnim sirom(malo) a najbolje sa veelikom salatom!!
ili onakva plata kao sto sam ja imala za veceru i velika salata(samo sto je ja iz objektivnih razloga veceras nisam imala)

Imam tost jednom dnevno. Mislim da je to okej... e sad, ako nije po principima lchf, onda ništa.

Nema veze... a budi uverena da ja znam šta radim.

Darling, je l imas u steku neki recept za cinnamon rolls? Verujem tvojim receptima i osecaju za slatkocu.

neam. ne volim ih

ali!!! vidis ove umirovljenike gore, njih sam valjala u zuti secer, seckane orahe i dosta cimeta, i bili su odlicni, veoma cimetni.

ako budes pravila, povecaj kolicinu mleka kojim ces zamesiti testo. po teinim merama ispadne dosta tvrdo. nek ti putokaz kako testo treba da izgleda bude kako njoj izgleda kad ga izbaci iz staklene cinije na sto, fino se vidi. testo ne samo da treba da izadje na povrsinu, nego krpa mora da se okrene za 180 stepeni: sto bi dolje, sad je gore, odnosno cvor mora da padne dole. takodje mi je trebalo vise oraha, a manje secera. kupila sam braon secer od trske u maksiju, dobro se karamelizovao. gospa buba se zalila da su savremeni beli seceri cudni i da se ne tope kako treba.


i jos ovo: jedozovni duo  ove cure super kuvaju. pogledala sam njihov recept, i da treba da pravim, 125 grama secera iz punjenja bih smanjila na pola, a i ovo iz preliva bih prepolovila.

najbolji koji sam ja probala je:
- sedni u auto
- vozi do najblize Ikee 


njihove cinnamon rolls su neprevazidjene.

edit: da ne bude da sam dala bas i suvise koristan savet, evo i recepta:

The cinnamon bun is the most popular traditional pastry in Sweden and the classic bun has the shape of a helix with granulated sugar on top. The classic way to serve it is with a glass of cold milk. This is what you need: 

(makes approximately 25 buns) 25 g of yeast for sweet doughs 2 1/2 dl milk 7 dl flour 75 g butter 1/2 dl sugar 1 pinch of salt 1 teaspoon cardamom Cinnamon Filling: 50 g butter 0.5 dl sugar 1 tablespoon water 1 teaspoon cinnamon Glazing - bread shine: 1 egg, ½ teaspoon water granulated sugar 

This is how you do it: Gather all ingredients and let them reach room temperature. Crumble yeast into a food processor or bowl. Heat milk to 37°, pour it over the yeast and stir to dissolve it. Add most of the flour, all the butter in pieces, sugar, eggs and salt. Work the dough really smooth. When you can pull out the dough as thin as paper - it is ready. Let it rise under a cloth until doubled about 30 minutes. Filling: Mix or whisk together, butter, sugar, water and cinnamon. Put the dough on the breadboard, knead and divide into two parts. Roll out each piece into a rectangle. Spread the cinnamon filling on to the rectangle. Roll up from long side into a long roll. Brush the edges with a little water to attach it better. Cut into 2 cm pieces. Put each piece into the baking parchment and on to the plate. Set the oven to 250°C. Let rise under a cloth until doubled, 20 - 30 minutes. Whisk together eggs salt and water. Brush or spray the buns with it. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes.

Sama! I u otezanim uslovima - drugarica se preselila u novi stan i nema nista od potrebnih rekvizita za baking, ali uspelo mi je
